The Smart Rewards Questionnaire for May 2024 have officially ended on 2 Jun and here are the 10 lucky winners selected:

Note to Winners:

- Ten (10) winners will be randomly selected from qualified entries and will be contacted via email or phone call for acknowledgement by 3 Jun 2024, or at the Senoko Energy's sole and absolute discretion. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within two (2) working days, the prize or prize notification will be invalid, and the winner forfeits all rights to any prize. In the event any winner is disqualified or forfeited, Senoko Energy may decide whether a replacement winner should be selected.

- The prize booking dates are from 3 July 2024 to 31 Dec 2024. To redeem the prize, winners will need to state three preferred dates in order of preference with Senoko Energy by 17 June 2024. Failing to do so will result in prize forfeiture. Senoko Energy will forward the winner’s preferred booking dates to Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore, for booking confirmation. Please note that the booking dates are subject to availability and black-out dates which will be determined and advised by Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore. Once the booking is confirmed by Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore, Senoko Energy will send the booking confirmation notice to the winners. No changes will be allowed once booking is confirmed.

- Each Winner shall be responsible for all ancillary and additional costs arising from the use of the Prize, insofar as these are not specifically indicated as part of the Prize. For the avoidance of doubt, Senoko Energy will only provide the Deluxe Pool View room, and will not pay for any other deposits, charges or fees and their accompanying taxes such as, but not limited to, mini bar fees, late check-out fees, in-room dining, penalties due to room damage or smoking in the room, and sea sports equipment fees. Any dispute regarding the hotel stay shall be between the customer and the hotel. Senoko Energy's liability to each winner for any cause of action whatsoever, including negligence, shall be capped at the cost of a Deluxe Pool View room. Each winner warrants and represents to Senoko Energy that he/she will comply with all applicable laws and regulations and the hotel’s rules at all times

- Senoko Energy may at any time and at its discretion terminate this Questionnaire and/or amend any of these Terms and Conditions, and all person shall be bound by such amendments.
