How do I sign up with your bank promotions?

Do ensure to set up recurring card payment for your Senoko electricity bill, as it is usually a prerequisite for you to qualify for the bank rebates. You can edit your payment details by logging into your Senoko Energy account here.

We have five payment options available:

Recurring Card Payment
Save time by setting up recurring payment using your credit or debit card.

GIRO Payment

Set up automatic payment by logging into your Senoko Energy online account to select the preferred bank. Alternatively, you may download our GIRO form and mail the copy of the completed form to us.

One-time Online Payment
Make a one-time payment using your credit or debit card through your Senoko Energy online account or mobile app.

SGQR PayNow
Make payments easily by scanning the SGQR code displayed at the bottom of your bill.

AXS Machine
Pay your bill at an AXS machine near you or AXS m-station mobile app.

What is e-billing? Can I opt to receive a paper bill?

To encourage customers to use e-billing and contribute to climate-friendly action, you will be notified of your monthly bill and payment due date via email. You can also login to your online account to get an overview of your bills and outstanding balance.

If you would like a hardcopy bill, a charge of $1.64 (inclusive of GST) per monthly paper bill will apply. The paper bill fee comprises of the cost of printing and postage, and this fee will appear under "Other Charges" on the second page of your monthly bill. Please let us know if you would like to opt for a paper bill here.

Where can I find the standard terms and conditions in my price plan?

You may view our residential standard terms and conditions here. These T&Cs, as well as a fact sheet about your chosen electricity plan will be presented to you during your sign-up process, and will be emailed/mailed to you once your contract with Senoko Energy begins.
